Constitution Convention Campaign Goals

Phase I

1. Inform and educate as many voters as possible that there will be a ballot question "Shall there be a Constitutional Convention to amend or revise the Constitution of the state".

2. Convince those voters that it is extremely important for them to Vote yes.

Phase II

3. Convince legislators to put together a fair, bi-partisan list of participants to convene in the state Constitution Convention.

4. Convince delegation to submit a proposal to the people of Connecticut that We amend our state Constitution for a 31st time by implementing Initiative Referenda as a mechanism to be utilized by the people of Connecticut.

Phase III

5. Convince voters to vote yes to amending the state Constitution for a 31st time.
